Frederico Paes no Manchete Podcast: Três meses de pacificação não resolvem 20 anos de embates
Vice-prefeito de Campos e presidente da Cooperativa Agroindustrial do Estado do Rio de Janeiro (Coagro), Frederico Paes (MDB) analisou no Manchete Podcast desta quinta-feira (09) o cenário político da cidade. Classifica a pacificação como um movimento que agrada a todos que torcem pelo bem da cidade. No entanto, salienta que dois, três meses de pacificação não resolvem 20 anos de embate, que marcam a política campista entre clãs.
Em relação à mudança da maioria na Câmara, com a chegada dos vereadores Abdu Neme (Avante) e Nildo Cardoso (União), Frederico conta como atuou na articulação e revela ter tentado trazer os dois para o grupo antes mesmo da eleição de Marquinho Bacellar (SD) para a presidência da Câmara. Por falar no Legislativo, o vice-prefeito disse (aqui) que não considera o momento adequado para a Casa votar as contas de 2016 da ex-prefeita Rosinha Garotinho (União), até mesmo pelo recente acordo de pacificação.
Como presidente da Coagro, ressaltou que a safra deste ano não deve ser muito diferente da anterior, que movimentou cerca de R$ 600 milhões. Com atuação direta na Agricultura e na Saúde na estrutura da Prefeitura, pontuou o que considera avanços nas duas áreas.
No primeiro Manchete Podcast (aqui), Wladimir Garotinho (sem partido) afirmou que só disputa a reeleição se for com Frederico como vice. Questionado, ele disse que quer deixar o prefeito a vontade para eventuais composições políticas no próximo ano. Acredita na reeleição de Wladimir e diz que a popularidade do prefeito cresceu, inclusive, na pedra. O clã Garotinho sempre teve dificuldade de penetração nessa região. A participação de Frederico na chapa, como vice, foi essencial em 2020, sobretudo no segundo turno.
