Elaine Leão cobra reposição salarial e vê “letrinhas” como avanço em meio ao caos
A presidente do Sindicato dos Profissionais Servidores Públicos Municipais de Campos (Siprosep), Elaine Leão, acredita que o governo tem uma margem considerável para conceder um reajuste ao servidor do município neste ano. No Manchete Podcast desta quinta-feira (06), ela assegura que a Prefeitura teria margem pelo menos para 15% de reajuste. No entanto, salienta que o governo tem receio devido ao Termo de Ajustamento de Gestão (TAG), que impede o uso de royalties para complementar a folha de pagamento.
— O que o sindicato não vai aceitar é ouvir que (a Prefeitura) não tem condições. Quem não tem condições é o trabalhador de sobreviver. E os aposentados, esses estão morrendo — pontuou Elaine. De acordo com a presidente do Siprosep, o descongelamento das letrinhas é um avanço, mas muito pouco perto do que ela considera um caos na vida dos servidores.
Na entrevista, ela diz torcer por um excelente governo, mas tece críticas a vários pontos da gestão Wladimir. Acredita na possibilidade do prefeito Wladimir Garotinho (sem partido) se reeleger. “A cidade estava muita destruída. (…) Quando eu cheguei ao sindicato e peguei tudo destruído, fiz uma grande e pronto, inaugurei. O prefeito sabe fazer o jogo político, entrega uma UBS hoje, outra daqui a dois meses. (…) Não tem como eu fazer uma avaliação boa porque eu vejo as coisas sem maquiagem, atrás das cortinas. Mas, ele sabe fazer o jogo político e, para o povo, acaba fazendo um bom governo”.
