Rosinha diz que não vai à Câmara de Campos na votação das contas: “Nem fui citada”
A ex-prefeita Rosinha Garotinho (União) afirmou nesta segunda-feira (13) que não pretende comparecer à Câmara de Campos na quarta (15), dia para o qual está marcada a votação das contas do último ano da gestão dela. Questionada se compareceria à sessão ou se enviaria um representante legal, a também ex-governadora apenas respondeu: “Não irei. Nem fui citada”.
Pelo novo rito estabelecido pela Câmara, ao prestador de contas ou seu representante legal será oportunizada a produção de sustentação oral na tribuna, pelo tempo máximo de duas horas no dia da votação. Em 2018, antes de colocar em votação as contas de Rosinha, o então presidente, Marcão Gomes (hoje, PL), chegou a perguntar se algum representante da ex-prefeita estava no plenário para fazer a defesa, mas ninguém se manifestou.
Reprovadas em 2018, as contas de Rosinha voltaram a ser analisadas após a atual legislatura cancelar a votação da anterior. Essa, na segunda sessão ordinária de 2021, foi a primeira das muitas polêmicas nos últimos anos na Casa.
Com um acordo de pacificação entre os Garotinho e os Bacellar em vigor, mas colocado em xeque com as contas em pauta, o prefeito Wladimir Garotinho (sem partido) tem atuado diretamente (aqui) para conseguir os 17 votos necessários para reverter a recomendação do Tribunal de Contas do Estado (TCE) e aprovar o relatório da ex-prefeita. Há entre os garotistas, ainda, a esperança de que Rodrigo Bacellar (PL), presidente da Alerj, possa intervir junto aos vereadores do seu grupo político na Câmara de Campos.
Citação e votação
Apesar de a ex-prefeita Rosinha entender que não foi citada, a Câmara publicou na última quinta-feira (10), no Diário Oficial, o ato executivo convocando para a sessão de apreciação das contas.
Presidente da Casa e irmão de Rodrigo, Marquinho Bacellar (SD) afirmou nesta segunda que a votação está mantida para quarta.
