Super Bom cobra por sacolas plásticas em todas as lojas, não apenas na de SJB
O blog noticiou nesse domingo (02) que a polêmica da cobrança de sacolas plásticas no Super Bom estaria de volta, desta vez pela unidade de São João da Barra (aqui). Não demorou muito para que os leitores começassem a informar que a medida não era apenas na mais nova loja do grupo, mas em todas as de Campos e também a de São Fidélis. E o motivo parece ser uma sentença, do Tribunal de Justiça, que, conforme julgamento do dia 6 de fevereiro, vê como inconstitucional a lei campista que proibia tal cobrança.
De acordo com comunicado do Super Bom, “como forma de incentivar o consumo consciente, a partir do dia 03/04/2023, as sacolas práticas não serão mais fornecidas gratuitamente”. E ainda orienta: “Traga sua ecobag ou adquira uma das nossas sacolas retornáveis”.
Segundo clientes, o valor cobrado por sacola é de R$ 0,08. O blog tentou contato, sem sucesso, com a assessoria da Rede.
Polêmica — Em 2021, a Câmara de Campos aprovou uma lei que proibia a cobrança das sacolas, sancionada no mesmo ano pelo prefeito. Desde que foi suspensa, o Super Bom voltou a distribuir as sacolas gratuitamente.
Em fevereiro do ano passado, a Associação de Supermercados do Estado do Rio de Janeiro (Asserj) obteve uma decisão liminar, em 1ª instância, suspendendo a obrigatoriedade de os supermercados associados da entidade fornecerem sacolas plásticas gratuitamente em Campos.
O município recorreu. No entanto, em fevereiro deste ano, a Terceira Câmara Cível do Tribunal de Justiça do Rio de Janeiro manteve a sentença de primeira instância. Dois meses depois, as sacolas voltaram a ser cobradas em todas as lojas da rede Super Bom.
