Rearranjo nas bancadas da Câmara de SJB?
As fotos feitas no Rio de Janeiro e Brasília levantam dúvidas sobre um possível rearranjo de forças na Câmara de São João da Barra. Na capital fluminense (aqui), o deputado estadual licenciado e atual secretário estadual de Habitação, Bruno Dauaire (União), recebeu na segunda-feira (20) os vereadores Analiel Vianna (Cidadania), Franquis Areas (PSC) e Elísio Rodrigues (PL). Depois, eles seguiram para Brasília.
Na capital federal (aqui), a prefeita Carla Caputi (sem partido) tem feito fotos com os quatro vereadores declaradamente da base — Chico da Quixaba (PP), Julinho Peixoto (PL), Junior Monteiro (Cidadania) e Sônia Pereira (PP). Chama a atenção nas mesmas fotos as presenças do presidente da Câmara, Alan de Grussaí (Cidadania) e Kaká (Podemos).
A falta de Alan e Kaká na foto com os outros três vereadores de oposição, feita com Dauaire, já chamou atenção. Quando os dois aparecem junto com a prefeita e os vereadores da base, levantou o questionamento: há um rearranjo de forças na Câmara de SJB? O governo passou a ter maioria?

Atual prefeita assumiu com maioria da oposição na Câmara
Carla Caputi está à frente da Prefeitura há menos de um ano, assumiu em abril do ano passado (aqui). Quando a ex-prefeita Carla Machado (hoje, PT) renunciou ao mandato, a oposição tinha acabado de impor uma derrota ao grupo político dela. Elísio, então presidente, antecipou a eleição da Mesa (aqui), vencida por Alan, a despeito da orientação de Machado, que era para eleger Chico da Quixaba presidente deste biênio.
Carla fez uma reunião, chegou a dizer que a eleição de 2024 já havia começado (aqui), renunciou (aqui), disputou a eleição para Alerj e conseguiu uma cadeira (aqui).
Caputi enfrentou a Câmara e, talvez, o maior revés tenha sido no Orçamento deste ano. Os cinco vereadores da oposição limitaram o remanejamento em 5% (aqui).
As fotos da agenda em Brasília dão sinais que o jogo pode ter virado. A comprovação, caso nenhum dos vereadores se manifeste, vem com o decorrer dos dias.
