Wladimir destaca desburocratização e incentivo a novos projetos
Durante o lançamento do sistema Planta On-line, nessa quinta-feira (02), o prefeito Wladimir Garotinho (PSD) destacou a importância da ferramenta digital na desburocratização do processo de aprovação dos projetos de edificação residencial e, também, no incentivo de novos empreendimentos de arquitetura e urbanismo no município.
O lançamento do sistema aconteceu no auditório da Prefeitura de Campos com a participação de profissionais do setor e secretários. Campos é uma das primeiras cidades do Estado do Rio de Janeiro a adquirir o sistema, que já vem sendo utilizado vários municípios do Brasil. Ainda nesta semana, o sistema, que tem 60 dias para ser efetivamente implantado, estará disponível.
– O Planta On-line desburocratiza o processo de aprovação de projetos de edificações residenciais, facilitando o processo para arquitetos e engenheiros, além de empreendedores do setor. O processo deixa de ser físico, o que encurta o processo porque tudo será feito de forma eletrônica, desde o requerimento até o lançamento da documentação necessária. Vai ser tudo mais rápido e menos burocrático, incentivando novos projetos de arquitetura e urbanismo em nossa cidade – explica o prefeito Wladimir Garotinho, que falou sobre o processo de digitalização dos órgãos públicos, como vem acontecendo com as secretarias de Fazenda e Administração e Recursos Humanos.
Compondo a mesa, também estavam o secretário de Planejamento Urbano, Mobilidade e Meio Ambiente, Cláudio Valadares; o subsecretário de Licenciamento de Obras Particulares, César Romero Braga, e a analista de Negócios da empresa Mitra, Aline Alves da Silva, que fez a apresentação do sistema passo-a-passo. Os secretários de Fazenda, Márcio Morales; e de Desenvolvimento Econômico e Turismo, Mauro Silva; de Administração e Recursos Humanos, Wainer Teixeira, e de Comunicação Sérgio Cunha; também participaram do lançamento da nova ferramenta digital, além do subsecretário de Mobilidade, Sérgio Mansur.
O secretário de Planejamento Urbano, Claudio Valadares, ressaltou que o sistema vai integrar o processo em um só ambiente, o digital, dando celeridade aos processos de alvarás e licenças, evitando que o profissional tenha que se deslocar à prefeitura para verificar o andamento do mesmo, se tornando algo mais claro e com mais agilidade. “Esse passo que estamos dando hoje é um anseio de muito tempo para que a gente pudesse acabar com a burocracia do processo que vinha sendo desenvolvido. Inicialmente, será para edificações residenciais e o Planta On-line trará nova proporção de precisão, transparência e acessibilidade”, destaca Valadares.
