Marquinho Bacellar: Junto com projeto da Saúde, prefeito reduzia receita da Câmara
O presidente da Câmara de Campos, Marquinho Bacellar (SD), enviou nota ao blog, nesta quinta-feira (16), se posicionando, após o prefeito Wladimir Garotinho (sem partido) afirmar (aqui) que ele sabia um dia antes que um projeto com alterações na Lei Orçamentária Anual (LOA) seria enviado para a sessão dessa quarta (15). Segundo o prefeito, como não houve a aprovação, há risco de desabastecimento de insumos nas unidades de Saúde. Marquinho negou que a Câmara tenha qualquer parcela de culpa caso isso venha a acontecer e apontou erros no projeto enviado por Wladimir.
“A Câmara de Campos deixou de ser um puxadinho da Prefeitura. Estou e sempre estarei aberto ao diálogo, mas o prefeito enviou o projeto com falha, reduzindo inclusive a receita anual da Câmara.
Posteriormente, corrigiu e o projeto chegou faltando 20 minutos para o início da sessão. E aqui a gente não vai aceitar pressão nem narrativa para tentar colocar a população contra a Câmara. Até porque, o povo quer transporte melhor, saúde melhor, educação melhor, não ficar assistindo briguinha política.
Jogar na Câmara a culpa por falta de medicamentos durante o Carnaval é tirar da Secretaria de Saúde uma responsabilidade que é do órgão, não do Legislativo.
Isso é resultado da falta de planejamento apesar do maior orçamento que a Saúde já teve em toda história de Campos.
