Fátima Pacheco no Manchete Podcast: Projeto para 2024 é não deixar Quissamã regredir
A prefeita de Quissamã, Fátima Pacheco, é a entrevistada desta quinta-feira (23) do Manchete Podcast. Entre a análise da sua gestão e projeções para as eleições de 2024, ela também comentou sobre ações do Consórcio Publico Intermunicipal de Desenvolvimento do Norte e Noroeste Fluminense (Cidennf), do qual é a atual presidente.
Fátima pontuou avanços na sua gestão em Quissamã, ressaltando que o município está com diversas frentes de obras. Comentou sobre a parceria com o Governo do Estado. Segundo a prefeita, depois de um longo tempo, com Cláudio Castro (PL) “a gente tem um governador que trabalha para o Estado todo”. Em relação ao governa federal, Fátima, que participou recentemente de uma reunião com, o presidente Lula (PT), disse que já perceptivl avanços que beneficiarão a todos os municípios do país. E ainda comentou sobre a participação feminina na política, classificando a região Norte, com quatro prefeitas em nove municípios, como atípica no cenário nacional.
Por falar em mulheres, Fátima Pacheco também listou uma série de ações desenvolvidadas no município. Entre elas, a proibição para que homens condenados (trânsito em julgado) na Lei Maria da Penha possam assumir funções na administração municipal e que até mesmo sejam impedidos de participar de concursos públicos.
Em relação ao Cidennf, comentou sobre adesão de mais municípios e a perpctiva de que o bloco possa reunir, em breve, todos os 22 municípios do Norte (nove) e Noroeste (13).
Já sobre o cenário para 2024, a prefeita, que foi reeleita em 2020, confirmou a tendência de que o seu vice-prefeito, Marcelo Batista (Republicanos), seja o provável nome do grupo a encabeçar uma chapa. “A gente precisa ter muita clareza, muita responsabilidade, porque o projeto do ano que vem não é um projeto de Fátima, de Marcelo. É um projeto de um grupo político e um projeto de cidade. Nós não queremos que Quissamã regrida”.

NPD data, as HODINKEE reported last week, indicates that watches with suggested retail prices of $3,000 or more were very strong in the first six months of this year, as well as for the full-year last year.
The Chronomaster Sport’s bezel is marked off in 1/10 of a second increments, and the center chronograph hand goes around once every ten seconds. Each of the smaller tick marks represents one one-tenths of a second.
What I like most is that nothing about this collaboration disrupts the design codes of the Octo. I look at this watch and I get it immediately. I get a unique dial layout that maintains the typographical stylings Bulgari is known for but just sends link them back in time a little bit.
Stern was your favorite watchmaker’s favorite dial maker. Just about every important vintage dial link you can think of is the work of Stern: for Rolex, ref. 6062, 1016, various stone dials; and for Patek, ref. 1518, 2499, 2526 etc. I highly recommend Dr. Helmut Crott’s masterpiece of a book aptly entitled The Dial for a very deep dive on Stern – including lots of information about Movado.
This watch is powered by a Cyma caliber 216, which, while not the inspiration for a modern Raúl Pagès movement, is chronometer-rated and finely finished with côtes de Genève and seemingly solid anglage based on what I can make out from the seller’s photo. The dial side grabbed my link attention as well with crosshair detailing, rose-gold tone hour markers, and syringe-esque hands that I like to call “skyscraper” hands, but no one else really uses that term.
