Verão e carnaval aquecem a economia em SJB
O período de verão e carnaval em São João da Barra chegou ao fim no domingo (26), após 58 dias de muita animação e eventos na sede do município, nas praias de Açu, Atafona, Grussaí e no distrito e Barcelos, com destaque para o réveillon, shows musicais nos finais de semana e 10 dias de folia. Números levantados pela administração municipal apontam não só o sucesso de público, reafirmando o potencial turístico do município e a condição de melhor carnaval do interior do Rio de Janeiro, como também a importância para a economia local, movimentando R$ 25 milhões nos diversos segmentos do comércio e serviços na alta temporada.
Cerca de 500 mil pessoas passaram pelo município em toda a temporada de verão, com média entre 10 a 15 mil pessoas nos eventos dos finais de semana e 30 mil pessoas no carnaval. Absorvendo a demanda, o ramo de hotéis e pousadas registrou 100% de ocupação nos dias de carnaval. A movimentação foi grande, além do setor hoteleiro, também em aluguel de imóveis na sede e no litoral em todo o verão. Visitantes de outros municípios da região e do Estado e até mesmo de outras partes do país foram atraídas por uma programação da Secretaria de Turismo e Lazer com investimento de R$ 8 milhões em infraestrutura e composta por 15 atrações nacionais e dezenas de atrações locais e regionais durante o verão e, nos dias de carnaval, 111 apresentações musicais e desfiles de 30 blocos e três escolas de samba.
Na Avenida do Samba, palco maior da festa carnavalesca no município, a Secretaria Municipal de Saúde montou um posto com quatro leitos, quatro cadeiras de hidratação e um leito de estabilização (UTI), envolvendo 21 profissionais. Foram 143 atendimentos realizados, nenhum com gravidade. Suporte também sem registro de gravidade, com ambulância e profissionais, foi prestado pela Saúde nos demais locais de eventos. Em Grussaí foi montado um posto de saúde na área de shows. No total, incluindo verão e carnaval, foram 256 atendimentos.
No trabalho desenvolvido de forma integrada com vários órgãos, a Secretaria Municipal de Segurança Pública contou, em todo o carnaval, com um efetivo de 45 guardas municipais por dia, 1.800 seguranças privados nos 10 dias e 20 vagas abertas no Programa Estadual do Programa Estadual de Integração da Segurança (Proeis). O monitoramento foi com 150 câmeras em todo o município e nos locais dos eventos, incluindo drone, não sendo registradas ocorrências graves. No salvamento marítimo foram 113 registros e 163 transportes de pessoas idosas e portadoras de necessidades especiais durante todo o período de verão. O Departamento Municipal de Trânsito (Demutran), com uma equipe formada por 125 agentes, atuou de forma permanente no carnaval no controle do trânsito e interdição de ruas nos locais de eventos, sendo 70 na sede do município, 35 no Açu e 20 em Grussaí nos períodos da tarde e noite.
Na limpeza pública, foram 130 profissionais atuando os 10 dias na coleta diária dos resíduos domésticos e na limpeza, também diária, nos locais de concentração e público, sendo 34 na sede do município, 47 em Grussaí, 24 no Açu e 20 em Atafona e cinco em Barcelos. A empresa responsável pela limpeza urbana do município contabilizou 464 toneladas de resíduos recolhidos durante o carnaval. Somente na Avenida do Samba, foram 18 toneladas.
A programação esportiva levou entretenimento e movimentou o verão em São João da Barra com mais de 60 eventos. Durantes a semana, sempre à noite, aconteceram na sede a Copa Master 40tão com sete equipes e, no quinto distrito, a Copa Verão de Futebol do Açu com participação de nove equipes, atraindo desde a primeira fase até a final um grande público. Nos finais de semana, no Balneário de Atafona, no Açu e na sede aconteceram 11 competições em diversas modalidades, além de atividades recreativas.
A prefeita Carla Caputi (sem partido) agradeceu o trabalho desenvolvido por todos durante toda a temporada. “Após dois anos impedidos de realizar eventos devido à pandemia, pudemos retomar com força total as atrações do verão e do nosso carnaval com muita alegria e segurança para os sanjoanenses e milhares de turistas que nos visitam. Estão todos de parabéns pelo sucesso”, disse. A prefeita ainda destacou o fato de o município não ter registrado nenhum grande incidente durante os eventos, comprovando que o planejamento das equipes da Prefeitura, juntamente com outros órgãos e prestadores de serviço, funcionou como esperado.
Contextualizado na geração de trabalho e renda durante o período de verão e carnaval, está o setor dos trabalhadores autônomos, que atuou no carnaval com 70 ambulantes na sede do município, 17 em Grussaí e 10 no Açu, e durante o verão com 60 nos shows em Grussaí e 15 no Açu, e que comemora o lucro obtido na temporada. “No verão e principalmente no carnaval tivemos uma boa movimentação, com muitas vendas e um lucro em torno de 30% superior ao carnaval de 2020. Foi uma boa estrutura proporcionada pela Prefeitura, com eventos de qualidade e segurança. Pudemos trabalhar em um ambiente de paz e tranquilidade”, afirma a presidente da Associação Sanjoanense dos Ambulantes (ASA), Ângela Amaral.
