Indicada pelo PT para 12 comissões na Alerj, Carla Machado é designada para quatro
Apesar de ter sido indicada pelo PT como membro titular de 12 comissões (aqui), a deputada estadual Carla Machado foi designada para quatro — sendo suplente em uma delas. Como membro titular, Carla aparece nas comissões de Redação, Turismo e Assuntos da Criança do Adolescente e do Idoso. Como suplente, na de Saúde. Ex-prefeita de São João da Barra, eleita quatro vezes, ela estreia neste ano na Assembleia Legislativa do Estado do Rio de Janeiro (Alerj).
Os atos de designação das comissões, assinados pelo presidente da Alerj, Rodrigo Bacellar (PL), foram publicados no Diário Oficial desta terça-feira (14).
Segundo informações disponibilizadas pela Alerj, às Comissões Técnicas Permanentes cabe dar parecer sobre os temas abordados no projeto ou mensagem. “Antes de irem para as Comissões temáticas, entretanto, os projetos precisam passar pelo crivo da Comissão de Constituição e Justiça (CCJ), a mais importante da Casa. Cabe à CCJ e seus integrantes, apoiados por um corpo técnico, dizer se o projeto atende aos requisitos constitucionais, legais e jurídicos. Só depois da análise sobre a constitucionalidade é que os projetos são remetidos às comissões temáticas, de acordo com os assuntos a que se referem”, explica o informe da Alerj.
