Wladimir Garotinho descongela “letrinhas” do plano de cargos e salários
O prefeito Wladimir Garotinho (sem partido) informou que as “letrinhas”, como a progressão funcional dos servidores é conhecida, serão descongeladas no mês de abril. Os funcionários públicos municipais receberão os novos valores até o 5º dia útil de maio. Segundo ele, o aumento médio será de 6% nos salários.
— Depois de oito anos vamos descongelar o plano de cargos e salários dos funcionários públicos de Campos. As famosas “letrinhas” já estarão na folha salarial de abril — disse Wladimir, em vídeo divulgado nas redes sociais.
A nova lei da progressão funcional foi aprovada pela Câmara e sancionada pelo prefeito em dezembro. Posteriormente, os servidores realizaram a autoavaliação e também foram avaliados pelos superiores.
Em cada progressão, ocorre o avanço no padrão de vencimento do servidor, fazendo com que este mude para a letra seguinte da tabela salarial e, com isso, o servidor tem o vencimento acrescido de 2,5%, conforme a porcentagem definida na lei.
