Thiago Rangel é designado para compor duas comissões na Alerj
O deputado Thiago Rangel (Podemos) foi designado para compor duas comissões permanentes na Assembleia Legislativa do Estado do Rio de Janeiro (Alerj). Como ele mesmo adiantou no dia da eleição para presidente da Casa, seu nome consta entre os integrantes da comissão de Minas e Energia, assim como a de Defesa do Consumidor. Ainda não há definição sobre os presidentes das comissões.
Os atos de designação das comissões, assinados pelo presidente da Alerj, Rodrigo Bacellar (PL), foram publicados no Diário Oficial desta terça-feira (14).
Segundo informações disponibilizadas pela Alerj, às Comissões Técnicas Permanentes cabe dar parecer sobre os temas abordados no projeto ou mensagem. “Antes de irem para as Comissões temáticas, entretanto, os projetos precisam passar pelo crivo da Comissão de Constituição e Justiça (CCJ), a mais importante da Casa. Cabe à CCJ e seus integrantes, apoiados por um corpo técnico, dizer se o projeto atende aos requisitos constitucionais, legais e jurídicos. Só depois da análise sobre a constitucionalidade é que os projetos são remetidos às comissões temáticas, de acordo com os assuntos a que se referem”, explica o informe da Alerj.
